Annual Remote Support/Service Agreement

- With proprietary software, the Service Team can repair/configure/modify/perform diagnostics REMOTELY via GSM/GPRS/IP without an installer present on site (similar to ITs repairing your network using Teamviewer). If you have a problem with your alarm system, it can most likely be fixed remotely - no need to come to your place - saving valuable time and money.
- Cost of the above service is EUR60+VAT/year.
